How do I add a lost item?

Click the 'Add Lost Item' button. You can take a photo, choose a category, and (optionally) add a short description.

How do people see the catalogue of items?

Parents, gym-goers, or anyone looking for items just need your catalogue link and the 4-digit access passcode (found in your Settings).

How do I mark an item as claimed?

When an item is collected, tap 'Claimed' and enter the name of the person who picked it up.

Can my staff upload items too?

Yes. Staff can upload items using your catalogue link with the special Staff access code (found in Settings).

Can I ask users to prove an item is theirs?

Yes. When adding an item, you can tick the 'Verification Required' box. This adds a banner telling users they will need to confirm ownership when collecting (e.g. show you photo of them wearing the coat they are claiming ownership of).
